Recent feature on The Ray and Georgia Power's pollinator-friendly solar installations

In 2019, The Ray and Georgia Power launched the Southeast’s first right-of-way solar project. The one-megawatt solar project includes 2,600 high-efficiency solar panels at Exit 14 on I-85. Even more special – instead of gravel or turf grass, the ground under and around the solar panels was planted with native, pollinator-friendly wildflowers. Read the story from WRBL.
